Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of progression in purchasing, warehouse, or delivery operations with demonstrated progression.
• Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and confirm delivery of medical supplies to patients promptly and cost-efficiently.
• Manage daily warehouse activities prioritizing delivery of pharmaceutical products.
• Maintain a professional and safe warehouse and receiving/shipping area.
• Train and supervise delivery technicians.
• Perform product purchasing, inventory, and equipment management.
• Maintain a delivery log and monitor deliveries costs.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient information and compliance with laws.
• Oversee fleet vehicle maintenance per manufacturer guidelines.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities as needed.
• Accept other duties assigned by General Manager.
