Overview

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising venue distribution and warehouse operations including inventory, receiving, transfers, cleanup, and equipment maintenance. The role requires providing event oversight, technical proficiency, and supporting operational and personnel functions to ensure smooth event execution. The supervisor will manage employee relations, mentor staff, and maintain a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

1. Manage product receiving, distribution, and transfer controls.
2. Maintain sanitation and organization of warehouse storage areas.
3. Assist with event operations as directed.
4. Supervise warehouse staff, ensuring completion of tasks and proper requisitions.
5. Adhere to purchase order systems and verify goods received.
6. Oversee inventory levels, rotation, and product integrity.
7. Ensure proper transfer documentation and process.
8. Perform maintenance on equipment and ensure proper storage.
9. Evaluate employee performance and maintain records.
10. Conduct daily walkthroughs for cleanliness and safety.
11. Serve as opening or closing manager as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in foodservice or hospitality, venue experience preferred.
• Food Service Certification and Alcohol Handlers Certification required.

Physical & Working Conditions

Extensive standing and walking; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; exposure to weather, noise, and slippery surfaces. Must be able to reach, stoop, crouch, and perform physical tasks as described.

Additional Information
