Warehouse Supervisor

Objective: This position will serve as the Warehouse Supervisor for Clark Beverage Group, Inc. Supporting the Warehouse Manager, this role ensures processes related to order building, inbound product receiving, outbound loading, dunnage management, inventory control, equipment management, and facilities are followed. Additional administrative duties may be assigned to meet company goals.

Job Description: Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor will oversee all warehouse employees, manage operational expenses, and meet performance targets. Effective communication and team development are essential, along with supporting warehouse processes and procedures. Some travel may be required for meetings and training across multiple locations.

Key Skills: Familiarity with sales and distribution, influencing, coaching, attention to detail, relationship building, strong communication skills, multitasking, proficiency in EoStar, Microsoft Office, and general computer skills.

Job Duties & Expectations:
