Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for night shifts to oversee warehouse operations and supervise staff. You will verify shipments, manage inventory, coordinate equipment repairs, and ensure safety and efficiency across production and other functions.

The role requires multiple years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting, strong leadership, and the ability to train and staff the team effectively. On-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in field/manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 4 years in the supervisor/position held.
• Minimum 4 years managing people or projects.
• Preferred: 6 years in field, 6 years in position, 6 years managing people/projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversees warehouse operations and supervises warehouse workers.
• Verifies incoming/outgoing shipments and keeps inventory current.
• Coordinates repairs for equipment with vendors or forklift mechanics.
• Reports issues to department manager and aligns with production/other functions.
• Trains new warehouse employees and plans staffing to cover attendance.
• Maintains safe, clean, and orderly warehouse; supports safety planning.

Warehouse Supervisor - NIGHTS

Oversees warehouse operations and supervises warehouse workers.

Essential Functions

• Enforces operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current.
• Inspects physical condition of warehouse and equipment.
• Coordinates repairs for equipment with outside vendors and/or forklift mechanics.
• Oversees warehouse in absence of Warehouse Manager.
• Reports high cost repairs to department manager.
• Works with production supervisors to ensure coordination of warehouse activities with activities of other functions such as production, sales, records control, and purchasing.
• Reports higher level issues to management.
• Oversees receiving and cycle count activities.
• Trains all new warehouse employees and re-evaluates training needs based on individual performance.
• Coordinates staffing requirements to cover attendance shortage.
• Directs salvage of damaged or used material.
• Performs month end inventory and cycle counts to ensure physical inventories reconcile with books.
• SuperUser (Advance team member) for Warehouse WMS system
• Ensures maintenance of clean, orderly and safe warehouse.
• Participates in planning personnel safety and plant protection activities.
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
