Job summary

Uline is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor at the Texas Distribution Center in Coppell, TX. You will lead hands-on to drive safety, accuracy and productivity across warehouse operations while building leadership skills through an 18-month rotational program.

You will gain exposure to inbound, outbound and warehouse support teams, mentor staff, and pursue warehouse equipment certifications as you advance your career with a growing, family-owned company offering strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years leading teams in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to move packages weighing up to 50-70 lbs; forklift certification preferred.

Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 7 PM to 3:30 AM.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced warehouse management environment.
• Frequently move packages weighing up to 50-70 lbs.
• Forklift certification and reach truck driving experience preferred.
