Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor, 3rd Shift (Nights) to join our team in Aurora, CO. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage a team of warehouse associates, and ensure efficient and accurate handling of inventory.

The role is onsite four days per week (Sunday/Monday/Wednesday/Thursday) with a flexible start between 1 PM and 6 PM, totaling approximately 45–55 hours per week. Base salary ranges from $68k to $71k, with bonus potential based on KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products for the assigned production shift.
• Supervises a team of warehouse associates including hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and mentoring staff to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities and perform their duties effectively.
• Ensures timely, accurate and complete order pulling for all orders pulled during the shift. Ensures all orders are loaded in their entirety and in proper stop sequence on the assigned truck and trailer and completes all necessary paperwork.
• Ensures all products received during the shift are stocked properly and that first-in/first-out warehouse procedures are followed for all stock rotation.

• Work Schedule: This is an onsite 4days per week position with a schedule of Sunday/Monday/Wednesday/Thursday with a flexible start scheduled in between the hours of 1P / 6PM until completion of shift (approximately 45-55 hours per week)
