CJ Logistics America is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a fast-paced, high-performance team in a 24/7 operation in Queen Creek, AZ. You will drive safety, productivity, and quality while coaching a workforce and building a culture of accountability.

Responsibilities include leading shift meetings, optimizing workflows, managing labor, and ensuring inventory accuracy. The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Salary Range

• $65k - $70k

Schedule

• Week 1: Mon, Tues, Sat; 7am - 7pm
• Week 2: Sun, Wed, Thurs, Fri; 7am - 7pm

This is a 24/7, 365 operation, with some holidays required to be worked. While most responsibilities will take place during standard business hours, adaptability is key.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and Inspire

• Motivate your team through shift meetings, one-on-one coaching, and real-time support.
• Address concerns, celebrate wins, and keep communication open and honest.
• Create a culture of accountability, safety, and pride in performance.

Drive Operational Excellence

• Adjust workflows and resources to hit productivity and quality goals.
• Implement labor management programs and performance tracking.
• Partner with leadership on staffing, scheduling, and supply needs.
• Oversee inventory and audit processes to ensure accuracy.

Develop and Empower Your Team

• Identify training needs and lead cross-training efforts.
• Perform job shadowing and on-the-job training with Forklift Operators.
• Connect the dots between team tasks and customer goals.
• Provide consistent performance feedback to help your team grow.

Prioritize Safety and Quality

• Lead monthly safety meetings and conduct daily safety observations.
• Participate in safety committees and help build a proactive safety culture.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and best practices are followed at all times.
• Tackle other duties like a pro — all within your training and expertise.

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
