R.T. Moore is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage inbound and outbound product flow, inventory control, and quality assurance.

The role emphasizes accurate reconciliation of invoices, coordination with vendors and vendors, and leading a warehouse team on daily operations. Responsibilities include supervising schedules, cycle counts, and safety compliance while ensuring timely deliveries and accurate purchase orders.

Formación

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of warehouse experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic internet/email usage.

Responsabilidades

• Precisely reconcile receiving reports and invoices with vendors, purchasing staff, and Area Project Managers.
• Coordinate services from outside providers for maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Verify and cross-check product received against documentation.
• Monitor work schedules and manage purchase orders and job sheets for trims.
• Assist with tool checkouts and support the Fleet Manager as needed.
• Manage deliveries for the service team.
• Provide leadership, supervision, training, and development opportunities to warehouse staff; conduct performance discussions.
• Create and monitor staff schedules to ensure appropriate staffing for warehouse logistics.
• Oversee physical inventory with weekly cycle counts and monthly audits; determine stock quantities.
• Place orders for stock materials including piping.
• Follow up with vendors on defective/damaged products.
• Work with quality control to ensure costs are allocated to proper cost codes.
