Job summary

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Milpitas, CA, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and storage while leading staff and ensuring safe, compliant processes.

You will drive SAP-based inventory accuracy, monitor metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and continuous improvement goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of warehouse/logistics experience, preferably in an EMS environment.
• 5+ years in a warehouse leadership role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills; problem-solving ability.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Forklift experience preferred or willingness to certify.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support warehouse personnel; provide training, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and material handling activities.
• Ensure proper storage, tracking, and movement of materials within SAP.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including intercompany transfers.
• Monitor department metrics (shipping, receiving, inventory) and implement improvements.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and shipments.
• Enforce compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards (including import/export).
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Assist with daily warehouse operations as needed.
