Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while maintaining policy and procedure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide training and create work schedules.
2. Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers, and discipline those who do not meet standards.
3. Prepare reports for management to ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
4. Serve as the contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
5. Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.
