Responsibilities include optimizing resources, ensuring safety, and upholding high standards of performance, with training provided for forklift operation. Excellent communication is essential, including English and Spanish as a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Tech-savvy with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based tools.
• Hands-on mindset - operate forklifts (training provided) and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and email; Spanish a plus.
