Rehrig Pacific seeks a Supervisor Lead to drive daily warehouse operations across a multi-shift environment in Williamsburg, VA. You will lead teams, champion safety, and build an inclusive culture where people matter and performance matters.

With 2 years of supervisory experience in warehousing or manufacturing, you’ll oversee resource allocation, maintain clean, organized sites, and communicate clearly with cross-functional leaders.

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or manufacturing.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and web-based tools.
• Ability to operate forklifts and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Strong communication skills; Spanish language is a plus.
