Qualifications

• 3-5 years of warehouse supervisory experience.
• 1-2 years of experience with truckload and LTL shipping.
• Working knowledge of SAP and basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, trucking processes, and material handling.
• Forklift certification (or the ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities: receiving, storage, picking, staging, and shipping.
• Plan truckload and LTL shipments; negotiate rates with carriers; handle paperwork.
• Maintain FIFO inventory; perform cycle counts and support inventories.
• Supervise, schedule and direct warehouse employees to meet production and shipping needs.
• Train, coach and ensure safety and quality performance.
