Finlays Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage the daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient handling of inbound materials and outbound finished goods. You will lead a team, coach staff, and coordinate with logistics to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop team members.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead warehouse activities based on daily shipping schedules.
• Schedule personnel to meet inbound, outbound, and production needs.
• Coordinate with Logistics to ensure timely loading/unloading of trailers.
• Oversee inspection and release of outbound finished goods for quality and accuracy.
• Ensure inbound materials are received in good condition and documented for discrepancies.
