Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, order pulling, and loading for next-day delivery. You will ensure accurate paperwork, stock rotation, and a safe work environment while guiding a team to meet service standards.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating with the Warehouse Manager, and maximizing productivity through the warehouse management system. Shifts include Sunday 5:30 to close and Mon-Thu 6:30 to close.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with 2–4 years warehousing experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage order pulling.
• Knowledge of safe warehouse practices and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise administrative staff including hiring, scheduling, training and evaluating performance.
• Ensure timely order pulling and proper loading of trucks.
• Maintain FIFO stock rotation and accurate paperwork.
• Promote safety and health program compliance.
• Coordinate pick planning with Warehouse Manager.
• Utilize warehouse management system to maximize productivity.
• Manage security and locking procedures after night shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Schedule: Sunday 5:30 to close; Monday - Thursday 6:30 to close.
