San Antonio Shoemakers (SAS) is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee dock activities, manage inventory, and ensure safe, efficient warehousing of materials at our San Antonio facility. You will develop procedures, coordinate with other departments, and lead a team to meet shipping deadlines, optimize operations, and maintain accuracy in orders.

Candidates should have 1-2 years supervisory experience, forklift certification, ERP experience (Dynamics 365 a plus), and proficiency with

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
• Certified forklift operator.
• Experience with ERP in a warehouse environment is required (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus).
• Experience with shipping software.
• Experience with training and writing training documents.
• Experience with RF stocking and receiving/ picking and shipping.
• Spanish language ability is helpful but not required.

Responsabilités

• Oversees and evaluates all activities of the dock and dock employees, ensuring safe and efficient loading, unloading, and warehousing of all raw materials.
• Develop short and long term strategies for raw materials warehousing with management.
• Communicate with warehousing team regularly to understand status of operations and provide guidance and direction.
• Create and develop written procedures and training materials for the warehouse.
• Coordinate and communicate with other department managers to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Assist in managing employee hours to stay in compliance with company standards.
• Involved in all aspects of inventory control to achieve company goals.
• Assess efficiency and performance of distribution activities; identify and recommend improvements to shift, department, and facility.
