Job summary

Hermann-Forwarding is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Dayton/NJ area operations. You will oversee daily warehouse activities, manage a team of associates, and ensure accuracy of inventory while maintaining safety and policy compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years in warehouse ops with 1+ year supervisory exp, and proficiency in MS Office; WMS experience and forklift cert are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 3+ years in warehouse operations, 1+ year in supervision.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse associates, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products.
• Ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out in compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and maintain a safe work environment for all associates.
