Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in the United States. The role oversees 3 to 5 associates, directing the unloading, stocking, picking, and shipping of goods while maintaining inventory integrity and a safe, organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, and developing staff, ensuring cycle counts are completed, and maintaining security and safety. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and is eligible for incentive plans

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience.
• Material Handling Equipment Certification.
• Proficiency in OSHA and DOT regulations.
• Excellent judgment and communication abilities to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a productive warehouse by hiring, training and providing professional development for all associates.
• Supervise unloading and stocking of inbound shipments and picking/shipping of outbound orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure warehouse space is used effectively and kept clean and orderly.
• Ensure inventory integrity and that cycle counts are completed.
• Maintain security and safety of warehouse and equipment, reporting accidents and issues to branch management.
