kdc/one Aromair in New Albany, OH is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and material handling, while upholding safety, quality, and on-time delivery goals. You will supervise and develop warehouse staff, optimize processes, and partner with leadership to meet production targets.

A Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings is required, with strong leadership,

Responsibilities

Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory, and material handling.
Supervise and develop warehouse employees, improve processes, and support safety and quality goals.
Monitor staffing, workflow, and scheduling to meet production and delivery targets.
Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
Track department performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Resolve operational and employee-related issues as they arise.
Ensure documentation and records are accurate; coordinate with leadership.
