Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a driven warehouse supervisor to oversee daily operations at our site in The Dalles, Oregon. You will supervise the team, prepare schedules, train staff and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Join a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous improvement, 7S adherence, and delivering exceptional customer service. Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. shift, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Prepare schedules for staff and resources.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to deliver consistent customer service.
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program and quality policies.
• Communicate effectively with leadership and other departments.
