Job summary

NOV Production Midstream is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Tulsa to lead front-line warehouse staff, oversee shipping/receiving, and maintain inventory accuracy. You will manage hiring, training, and corrective actions while ensuring timely receiving and daily shipments.

Candidate should have an Associate degree or equivalent, 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehousing environment, and ERP/MRP experience (JD Edwards/EBS).

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with 2–4 years related experience.
• 1–3 years supervising personnel in shipping/receiving or warehouse.
• ERP/MRP system experience, preferably JD Edwards and EBS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high inventory accuracy across the warehouse/shipping/receiving.
• Hire, retain, and develop warehouse staff; perform corrective actions.
• Ensure timely receiving within 48 hours and daily shipments.
• Supervise and train full-time or contract/temporary staff.
• Collaborate with multiple departments for problem resolution.
