Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse, inventory-control, logistics, or manufacturing experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work effectively within ERP and inventory-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Trains, coaches, develops, and provides day‑to‑day leadership to Warehouse personnel.
• Organizes and directs daily warehouse activities based on production requirements and inventory priorities.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and ensures timely receiving, picking, staging, and shipping.
