Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Warehouse Lead Worker to oversee receiving, stocking, order preparation, and daily inventory checks, while guiding a small team to ensure timely deliveries. Requires prior warehouse experience and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required; forklift experience is a plus. You will follow safety procedures, perform quality controls, and use PPE as needed to protect people and assets, in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Requires previous warehouse experience.
• Experience in a supervisor or related role preferred.
• Requires the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Requires the ability to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks.
• Requires basic math and counting skills.
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Receiving products and merchandise, checking quality and damage to items, and proper storage of the delivered products and merchandise.
• Transfers of products and/or merchandise to and from the warehouse.
• Processes requests for supplies, prepares merchandise for delivery, and prepares packages for shipping according to established procedures.
• Schedules and assigns daily work assignments to a team and oversees the completion of tasks.
• Operates equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
• Performs physical inventory as needed.
• Ensures security of company assets.
