Job summary

Empire Today is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Installation Warehouse team in Anaheim, ensuring daily operations align with safety and quality standards. You will supervise hourly staff, manage inbound/outbound processes, and drive performance metrics.

The role requires hands-on leadership, experience with warehouse tech, and a focus on continuous improvement, efficiency, and customer service within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous high-volume warehouse experience.
• Demonstrated ability to operate warehouse machinery safely.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
• Flexibility to work mandatory overtime as needed.
• High level of internal and external customer service.
• Ability to lift and move up to 75lbs.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision and performance monitoring of all hourly IW associates.
• Responsible for technical training of all new hires.
• Successful completion of all daily warehouse work activities, including: daily pre- and post-loadout activities; Receive/unload/verify shipments; Cycle counts and pending reviews; Proper management/storage of inventory; Processing of all returned inventory.
• Conduct the technical training of all new hires.
• Weekly management/supervisor cycle counts.
• Regular warehouse audits to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Safely operate forklift and/or other specialized machinery, and ensure associates follow policies on machinery.
• Work with management to correct safety and occupational issues as needed.

Compensation Information:

$70,000 - $90,000 annually plus bonus
