RJW Logistics Group recrute un superviseur d'entrepôt pour diriger les opérations de la 2ème équipe. Qualifications

Job Purpose:

Report to the Warehouse Manager. Supervise warehouse operations, communicate shift transitions, manage staff including performance reviews and disciplinary actions, and oversee computer entry work and paperwork flow.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assign work for 2nd shift warehouse staff, considering customer specifications and delivery schedules.
  • Oversee loading of freight according to specifications.
  • Supervise drivers, communicate updates and workflow changes.
  • Review deliveries for quality, alert relevant departments of issues.
  • Manage shipment paperwork, including scanning BOLs.
  • Verify shipment accuracy and compliance with customer specifications.
  • Update relevant systems and communicate with customers.
  • Ensure safety, training, and development of staff per OSHA and company policies.
  • Oversee data entry, payroll timesheets, and monitor overtime.
  • Conduct daily building checks and coordinate maintenance.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, including AIB guidelines for food products.
  • Handle accident reporting and emergency procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Manage efficiency and process improvements.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop team members.
  • Maintain core values emphasizing safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in computer skills, data entry, and problem-solving.
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of warehouse supervisory or managerial experience.
  • Dispatch and dock supervision experience.
  • Familiarity with Smart Turn or TMW software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management, LTL dispatch, and DOT regulations.
Education and Experience:
  • High School diploma or GED; some college preferred.
