Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in Buckeye, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor II for the weekend day shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) from 5:00am to 5:30pm. This on-site role leads warehouse operations, ensures accuracy, safety, and efficiency, and coordinates staff assignments.

You will monitor workflows, enforce procedures, and collaborate with team members to optimize storage layouts and shipping readiness. Prior supervisory experience is preferred; high school diploma required.

• Three to four years of relevant, job-related experience or education.
• Two to three years of supervisory experience preferred.

Essential Job Functions

• Plans layout of warehouse and other storage areas, considering turnover, size, weight, and related factors of items stored
• Advises employees on care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped; methods and use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock; and related problems
• Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow
• Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
• Maintains harmony among workers and resolves issues
• Advises and Enforce safety regulations
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Regularly lift and/or move 50 pounds with hand truck/pallet jack and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds by hand.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Three to four years relevant, job-related experience, education or combination thereof.
• Two to three years supervisory experience preferred.

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES
