Job summary

Vesta Home in Bridgeport, CT is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Bridgeport facility. You will manage a small team, optimize layout, coordinate inbound/outbound scheduling, and ensure safety, accuracy, and care of luxury inventory.

You will collaborate with sales, design, and operations to prepare for installations, maintain clean work zones, and drive efficiency. 4+ years in warehouse supervision and experience with high-value furniture are preferred; candidates

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in warehouse supervisory roles or related.
• Experience working with high value furniture preferred.
• Ability to work at Bridgeport CT Warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Manage two existing warehouse associates and determine ongoing staffing needs.
• Progressively optimize warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and picking/put away efficiency.
• Coordinate with sales/design on inbound + outbound scheduling for product intake and project installation.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in all work zones, staging areas and loading docks.
• Inventory management: ensure product is received and put away carefully, is always accounted for and QC’d prior to client delivery where appropriate.
• Work with warehouse team and designers to execute project installations for luxury staging and interior design clients.
• Liaison with Operations team to stay up-to-date on safety and compliance requirements.
• Continuously seek to improve and implement processes to drive overall warehouse and operational efficiency.

Summary of Role:

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee all daily operations in our Bridgeport CT warehouse. You will ensure the physical operations of Iconic Modern run smoothly. You will coordinate with stakeholders (sales, design, Vesta Ops), you will ensure the warehouse operates safely and efficiently, and you will ensure our luxury inventory is handled with proper care.
