Pepsi Bottling Ventures seeks a Warehouse Supervisor I to lead daily warehouse operations, manage staff, and ensure accurate loading and inventory control in Winston-Salem, NC. The role emphasizes safety, process adherence, and cost-effective logistics support.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, plus 3 years of supervisory warehousing experience and proficiency with SAP, Excel, and MS Office. Some travel and long hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's in Operations Management, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• Three years supervisory experience in warehousing or distribution preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Must supervise and train direct reports.
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with forklifts and other MHE.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse operations and staff.
• Oversee shipping/receiving and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain safety and security across shifts.
• Ensure on-time loading and cost-efficient operations.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
