StoneHardscapes, a Team Horner Group company, seeks an energetic Warehouse Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations at the St. Petersburg distribution center. The role requires proactive, self-motivated leadership with a strong work ethic and teamwork focus.

Responsibilities include order preparation, packing, receiving, inventory control, shipping support, and safety compliance. Independent work style and excellent communication are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years warehouse, distribution, shipping, or logistics experience.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to lift or move up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage order preparation: Ensure orders are pulled and loaded correctly and that all paperwork is accurately coded and completed.
• Ensure proper packing and labeling procedures are followed to prevent damage and ensure easy identification of products.
• Material Receiving: Unload containers, inspect inbound material, count and record per procedures; ensure materials meet standards before inventory entry.
• Inventory/Warehousing: Optimize space, maintain organized inventory, conduct monthly counts, rotate stock, and notify Purchasing of low stock.
• Shipping & Order Processing Support: Enter orders, assist with truck scheduling, and coordinate deliveries with customers.
• General Housekeeping: Keep warehouse clean, safe, and organized; maintain exterior yard and parking area.
• Monitor forklift/equipment and report issues.
• Sample and Sample Board Shipment: Process, package, and ship samples.
• Safety: Follow all safety policies and protocols.
• Provide prompt customer service.
• Other duties as assigned.
