Warehouse Supervisor - E Shift Sun-Wed 4PM-2:30AM
**Please note this position is not remote and RJW will not be providing relocation assistance.**
Job Purpose: This position reports to the Warehouse Manager and involves supervising warehouse operations, communicating shift transitions, managing staff including performance reviews and disciplinary actions, and overseeing all computer entry work and paperwork flow.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assign work for all 2nd shift warehouse staff, considering customer specifications and delivery schedules.
- Oversee loading of inbound and outbound freight according to specifications.
- Supervise Local, Regional, and OTR drivers, communicating updates and workflow changes.
- Review deliveries for packing quality and material condition; report issues with documentation or photos.
- Oversee shipment paperwork processing, including scanning BOLs.
- Ensure all shipments are recorded, verified, and accurate against paperwork.
- Monitor shipment quality and accuracy per customer specifications.
- Update customer requirements and train staff on changes.
- Update Tee Card board and TMW system.
- Communicate with customers and respond to inquiries, implementing necessary actions.
- Conduct shift-end email communication to ensure smooth workflow transition.
- Ensure safety, training, and development of employees, drivers, and contractors per OSHA and company policies.
- Oversee data entry accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage employee timesheets, including corrections and overtime monitoring.
- Perform daily building checks and coordinate maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to AIB processes and proper handling of food products.
- Complete safety checklists and address issues as per SOPs.
- Handle accident reporting and emergency procedures.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Manager or COO.

Qualifications:
- At least 3+ years of supervisory/managerial experience in a warehouse setting.
- Dispatch and dock supervision experience.
- Familiarity with Smart Turn or TMW software is a plus.
- Experience with Warehouse Management and LTL dispatch.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and requirements.
Education and/or Experience:
- High School diploma or GED; some college preferred.
