Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) facility in Stevens Point, WI. This hands-on leadership role partners with the Operations team to develop high-performing teams while ensuring safety, productivity, and quality.

Shifts are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. The role requires overseeing warehouse activities, coordinating shipments, inventory management, and process improvements. Strong communication and conflict management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided PPE and freezer gear.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud.

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, handle the organization of merchandise, and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Plan production schedules and resource allocation for completion of job assignments while keeping time and production records.
• Track and report to designated plant personnel.
• Track warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure availability of products.
• Work with machinery and material handling equipment.

This opportunity is for a Warehouse Supervisor at our newest Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) facility in Stevens Point.

We are seeking a strong, hands-on leader who will partner closely with the Operations team to lead, develop, and support high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will foster a safe, productive, and engaging work environment while helping drive operational excellence and team performance.

Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Supervise the operations and responsibilities of the warehouse team and designated facility. Work with Operations leadership to make certain company and customer standards of service, quality, safety, and productivity are met.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
