A leading company in health services is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee inventory control and ensure timely shipment of orders. The role involves managing a team, conducting training, and maintaining performance standards. The position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with a high school diploma and relevant experience. Join us in improving health and vitality through effective operations.
Supervise employees in all aspects of inventory control, including picking, packing, and accurate shipment of orders to customers. Monitor productivity and performance standards, plan and direct workflow and project assignments to meet service standards. Collaborate with other departments to share labor as needed. Manage the performance of assigned employees, including training new team members, coaching and development, schedule management, performance reviews, and addressing employee relations issues.
This role is worksite dependent and must be performed onsite.
Shift: Mon-Fri 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM; occasional Saturday 4:00 PM pickup
For remote work, internet connection must be via cable broadband or fiber optic with minimum speeds of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload.
