Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Awesung & Bloomsung Inc. Logistics Group is a large-scale integrated warehousing company supporting cross-border e-commerce services, international warehousing logistics, Amazon FBA, and drop shipping. It has warehouses in Los Angeles, Atlanta, Houston, Savannah, and other U.S. cities, totaling over one million square feet. We are recruiting warehouse supervisors to oversee daily operations, personnel management, and process optimization to ensure efficiency and safety. The work location is Fontana.

Job Responsibilities

1. Learn the daily operations of overseas warehouses and assist in ensuring efficient receiving, warehousing, picking, shipping, and returns.
2. Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and processes to improve inventory turnover and operational efficiency.
3. Handle abnormal problems such as stockouts, SN errors, shelf delays, and delivery issues.
4. Support personnel management, including attendance, efficiency, quality, 5S, and safety under guidance.
5. Assist in training staff on WMS systems, PDA equipment, security, etc., and support skill development.
6. Participate in process improvement projects to promote automation and efficiency.
7. Collaborate with IT, HR, and admin departments to align resources.
8. Engage in data analysis, labor efficiency metrics, and performance evaluations.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or engineering.
2. Good communication skills in Chinese and English, able to collaborate with frontline staff.
3. Proficient in Excel and Word; quick learner of warehouse systems (WMS/ODS).
4. Strong stress resistance, adaptability to fast-paced work, willing to rotate shifts, and work overtime when needed.
5. Internship or project experience in warehousing/logistics is preferred.
6. Bonus: Skills in Python data processing or AutoCAD drawing.

The internship salary is $3,500/month with a $500 housing allowance. Post-probation salary ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 annually. The company offers paid vacation, sick leave, and participates in the H1B lottery.
