Propak Corporation in Oklahoma is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor (B2 Shift) to lead daily warehouse operations, drive safety, and ensure on-time fulfillment. Reports to onsite management and collaborates with leadership to support customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in the day-to-day operations of an assigned facility. Reporting to the onsite management team, this position is responsible for overseeing production performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards, and driving continuous improvement across all operational functions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and senior leadership. Work Schedule

• B2 Shift: 4:30 pm to 3:00 am (Tuesday thru Friday)

• Supervises or assists in recruiting, hiring, training, and retention of employees.
• Works with the onsite management team in administering operations standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and on‑time delivery.
• Serves as an interface between operations, customers, administration, employees, and logistics.
• Provides leadership and guidance to frontline employees. Establishes and communicates goals and objectives. Emphasizes accountability and inspires positive behavior changes.
