Niterra North America, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor, Aftermarket for the third shift (Mon-Fri, 10:00 PM-6:00 AM) in West Virginia.
You will oversee daily warehouse operations, supervise associates, and ensure inbound and outbound shipments are processed accurately and on time, while coordinating across shifts. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to troubleshoot in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The Warehouse Supervisor, Aftermarket, is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, supervising associates, and ensuring inbound and outbound shipments are processed accurately and on time. This third-shift role (Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM-6:00 AM) involves coordinating schedules across all three shifts, maintaining training and certifications, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring customer requirements and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate brings strong supervisory experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and drive results in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs. (51-75 lbs. with assistance), wearing safety shoes and hi-vis, and working around normal warehouse hazards.
