Job summary

Niterra North America, Inc. seeks an Aftermarket Associate to perform packaging and labeling for aftermarket orders using SAP inventory management.

This second-shift role (Mon-Fri, 2:00 PM-10:00 PM) involves pulling/put-away, quality checks, and inventory monitoring, supporting AFM Packaging, Auditing, Logistics, and Repack operations in a fast-paced warehouse. The candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive under pressure while maintaining accuracy and safety in daily

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Strong problem identification and resolution skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including scanners and scales.

  • Basic math and data entry capability.
  • Ability to follow procedures and adapt to changes.
  • Inventory/warehousing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Package and label aftermarket orders per SAP system.
  • Perform put-away and pulling functions based on orders.
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with auditors and supervisors.
  • Distribute components to AFM Packaging and related areas.
  • Maintain FIFO inventory flow and record transactions.
  • Inspect products for quality and safety.
  • Operate pallet jacks and lifting equipment as needed.
  • Maintain clean, 5S-compliant workspace and report hazards.

Job description

Summary:

The Aftermarket Associate is responsible for performing packaging, labeling, and inventory functions for aftermarket orders in accordance with the SAP inventory management system. This second-shift role (Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:00 PM) involves pulling and putting away products based on customer orders, inspecting items for quality, monitoring inventory levels, and providing support across AFM Packaging, Auditing, Logistics, and Repack operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Carry out packaging and labeling for aftermarket orders promptly in accordance with the SAP inventory management system.
  • Execute put-away and pulling functions based on customer orders.
  • Work closely with the inventory auditor and shift supervisors to monitor supply and product inventory levels and recommend reorders on a regular basis.
  • Issue work order-based components and supplies to the AFM Packing area.
  • Maintain a first-in, first-out supply route.
  • Provide emergency support to AFM Packaging and AFM Auditing as required.
  • Support operations in Logistics, AFM, and Repack as required.
  • Pack product per appropriate work instructions.
  • Record all inventory transactions promptly and verify accuracy.
  • Inspect the product per work instructions to ensure the level of quality.
  • Transport product via JLG, manual and electric pallet jack as required.
  • Conduct daily inspections of equipment and rack areas to ensure suitable working conditions.
  • Report any damage to racks, faulty equipment, or any other safety hazards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with 5S standards.
  • Promptly report any abnormalities to management.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management.
  • Overtime and shift changes as necessary.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, which include IATF, ISO, ISMS, TISAX, QMS, and Safety-related policies.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Strong problem identification and resolution skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to operate scanners, desktop scales, and related equipment.
  • Effective communication and excellent teamwork skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Basic math skills with the ability to read labels and numbers.
  • Able to perform data entry as required.
  • Able to follow instructions and established procedures.
  • Able to adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to maintain composure in stressful situations.
  • Inventory and warehousing experience preferred.
  • Vocational or technical certification preferred.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs. (51-75 lbs. with assistance), wearing safety shoes and hi-vis, and working around normal warehouse hazards.
