L'Oréal USA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee forklift operations and guide Team Leads in the manufacturing supply chain. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency across shifts, ensuring accurate records and adherence to GMP.
The role requires a forklift certification, SAP/FlexNet experience, 3–5 years in distribution/manufacturing, and US work authorization. Travel may be required. Competitive benefits provided.

Supervise warehouse operations to achieve 100% SIO participation amongst team and effectively lead a team of forklift operators and Team Leads in the efficient execution of the manufacturing supply chain processes.

1. Manage the flows work force to maximize the efficient conduct of manufacturing operations.

2. Contribute to the achievement of Flows goals, including Safety, Quality, People Development, Recognition and Accountability (i.e. coaching team members).

3. Maintain a safe, clean, work environment and implement L’Oréal USA Environmental programs.

4. Maintain appropriate records and complete necessary reports in a timely manner.

5. Train and assist all personnel in skills and procedures that assist in maximizing the efficient conduct of manufacturing operations.

6. Where applicable, develop labor standards for new products.
