Job summary

iRiS Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a high-volume distribution operation on the 2nd shift in Fort Wayne, Indiana. You will drive performance, coach associates, and ensure safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include directing receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping, monitoring KPI, and partnering with leadership on hiring, training, and continuous improvement. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse or distribution leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of high-volume inbound and outbound distribution operations.
• Automated distribution center experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping operations
• Coach and develop warehouse associates to meet productivity and quality goals
• Monitor WMS data, staffing, and daily KPIs to keep operations running efficiently
• Partner with leadership on hiring, training, scheduling, and continuous improvement
• Foster a culture focused on safety, accountability, and operational excellence
