Job summary

Ingram Content Group is hiring an Operations Supervisor to support our Distribution team in Fort Wayne, IN. The role ensures efficient operation of shift(s) and departments in a warehouse distribution environment, focusing on safety, process improvement, and timely fulfillment.

As a leader on the 1st shift, you will organize resources, monitor performance, train new hires, and maintain payroll records using KRONOS.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED.
• 3 years’ experience in a fast paced, high-volume warehouse.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• 6 months of physical work including lifting and bending.

Responsibilities

• Identify, organize, plan and allocate resources.
• Monitor shift performance indicators and address deviations.
• Intervene to correct issues and improve processes.
• Engage associates and oversee payroll records in KRONOS.
• Interview, hire or promote associates and train new hires.
• Lead process updates and staffing decisions for volume needs.
• Issue progressive counseling for performance issues.
