Pennsylvania Ag Connection is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor (2nd shift) to oversee receiving, storage, and shipping of meat products. You will lead a team of warehouse staff, ensure food safety, and coordinate with production, QA, logistics, and transportation to maintain cold-chain integrity.
The role requires 3–5 years in warehousing with 1–2 years in supervision, familiarity with WMS/ERP software, and forklift operation certification. English/Spanish bilingual candidates are preferred.

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations-including receiving, storing, organizing, and shipping meat products-to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with food safety standards. This role leads a team of warehouse associates and works closely with production, QA, logistics, and transportation to support a smooth, safe, and well-coordinated operation. The Warehouse Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining product quality, cold-chain integrity, and inventory accuracy in a temperature-controlled environment. This position is specifically for 2 nd shift.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
