1st Shift Monday-Friday 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM (OT as required and during peak operations Jul-Dec).
We seek a motivated and dynamic individual to join as a Warehouse Supervisor. You will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring safety, coaching team members, and collaborating across departments to meet KPIs that guarantee outstanding service to our coaches and athletes. You will oversee approximately 20-35 team members in various warehouse functions including receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, quality control, shipping, and tagging. Your role is critical in driving inventory and order accuracy to ensure on-time delivery.
Must be able to stand for long periods, perform repetitive movements, lift 15-35 lbs, and work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
