Summary: As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of safety, quality, and productivity within our warehouse operation. You will be responsible for overseeing assigned office and warehouse personnel while actively tracking, reporting, and driving improvement initiatives for key performance indicators (KPIs).

Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor, maintain and drive improvement initiatives for KPIs to ensure warehouse efficiency and productivity. Generate regular reports to track performance against set benchmarks.

Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure product accuracy. Monitor and enforce quality standards in warehouse operation. Collaborate with quality control team to continuously improve processes.
