Job summary

Lansing Building Products is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in our West Bridgewater, MA area. You will assist with inventory control, loading/unloading, and coordinating shipments to ensure timely deliveries.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in material handling, forklift certification, and the ability to lift heavy materials while maintaining safety and efficiency. The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and responsive service to customers.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse management experience (preferred).
• 3+ years of previous material-handling experience.
• Forklift certification and experience driving a box truck (preferred).
• Ability to lead a team and/or work one-on-one with customers.
• Ability to lift boxes and materials up to 70+ lbs.
• Work under deadlines and adapt to new processes.

• Manage loading and unloading of exterior building products (siding, windows, gutters).

• Assist with daily cycle counts for inventory accuracy.
• Verify accuracy of orders picked and shipments received.
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Keep the warehouse clean and orderly.
