Warehouse Supervisor

What You’ll Do

• Enforce safety rules and regulations.
• Responsible for day-to-day execution of the company's strategic vision for the work area. Plan work assignments and manage manpower to meet operational needs.
• Monitor employees and work processes to ensure proper completion according to company standards. Oversee your work area and support your team's success through observations and coaching.
• Validate payroll for team members.
• Conduct interviews and select candidates suitable for the company.
• Evaluate employee performance and prepare performance appraisals.
• Resolve employee problems and collaborate with employees, peers, and stakeholders to facilitate problem resolution. Collect team feedback and develop ways to drive efficiency.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Be a safety champion by promoting a safe and productive workplace, including proper PPE use, safe operation of equipment, and safe lifting techniques.
• Participate actively in fostering a safety culture.
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience; 5 years preferred.
• Knowledge of strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership, and coordination of people and resources.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work non-traditional shifts and hours.
• Ability to analyze, verify, and process information and data.
• Proficiency in computer interactions for data entry and processing.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to operate vehicles and mechanized equipment.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Compensation: $64K - $81K
