Job summary

Ace Hardware Corporation in Visalia, CA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations Sunday to Thursday, with flexibility for shifts, and to drive safety and efficiency across the team.

You will plan assignments, manage manpower, monitor processes, and coach staff while ensuring payroll accuracy and adherence to company standards. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 2+ years in supervision are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience (5 preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work non-traditional shifts and hours.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to process information and analyze data.
• Interacting with computers to set up functions, enter data, or process information.

What you need to succeed

• Be an active participant in contributing to a successful safety culture in the facility
