The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring efficient inbound, internal, and outbound material flow to support uninterrupted production operations. This role supervises warehouse personnel, maintains inventory accuracy, supports SAP material transactions, and ensures compliance with company safety and operational standards. The Warehouse Supervisor partners closely with Production, Quality, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to maintain material availability, inventory integrity, and shipment performance.**Essential Functions and Responsibilities:****Warehouse Operations*** Supervise daily receiving, put-away, picking, staging, shipping, and material handling activities* Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to production lines* Monitor shipping schedules and outbound deliveries to meet customer and production requirements* Coordinate inbound and outbound freight activities with carriers and logistics providers* Support production continuity through efficient warehouse operations and material availability**Inventory Control & SAP Transactions*** Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation activities* Execute and support SAP transactions including:* Goods Receipt (MIGO)* Goods Issue (261)* Transfer Postings* Delivery Processing (VL01N)* Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions* Ensure FIFO/FEFO inventory practices and lot traceability requirements are maintained* Maintain accurate labeling and warehouse organization standards**Team Leadership*** Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate warehouse employees* Assign daily tasks and monitor employee productivity and performance* Support onboarding and cross-training of warehouse personnel* Promote accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the department* Assist with staffing recommendations and workforce planning**Safety & Compliance*** Enforce all warehouse safety policies and procedures* Maintain forklift safety standards and ensure certified operation of equipment* Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and housekeeping standards are maintained* Participate in safety investigations and corrective action implementation* Support compliance with company quality procedures and inventory control standards**Cross-Functional Support*** Partner with Production, Quality, Procurement, and Planning teams to resolve material shortages, damaged goods, and return-to-vendor issues* Communicate operational issues, delays, and inventory concerns to leadership* Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on warehouse efficiency and inventory management**Work Experience/Education/Skills Requirements:****Required Qualifications*** High school diploma or equivalent required* 3+ years of warehouse or materials experience in a manufacturing environment* 1+ years of supervisory or team lead experience* Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms* Knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, and warehouse operations* Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification* Strong organizational and communication skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment**Preferred Qualifications*** SAP WM/MM experience* Wire harness, electronics, automotive, solar, or industrial manufacturing experience* Experience with barcode scanning and RF systems* Bilingual (English/Spanish)* Experience in startup or high-growth manufacturing operations* APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP)**Physical Requirements/Work Environment:*** Work is primarily performed in an office environment.* Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.* Comfortable working in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.* Traveling to customer sites and events (traveling up to 25%).Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. The Company will not sponsor or take over sponsorship of any employment visa, including without limitation, H-1B, O-1, E-3, TN status, or I-485 job portability or similar immigration processes.**Equal Employment Opportunity:**Voltage is an equal opportunity employer.
