Job summary

Kroger at 400 Walter Rd, Mazomanie, WI is seeking a supervisor to oversee daily receiving, selection and loading of product and to maintain productivity among hourly associates.

You will communicate with fellow supervisors and managers, manage safety and sanitation, plan staffing needs, and drive efficiency while meeting order accuracy requirements. The role includes coaching, performance reviews and producing productivity reports to support budget and divisional goals.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in computer software (MS Word and Excel, especially).

• Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; completes performance reviews and provides feedback to direct reports.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications
