Qualifications

• 5+ years of a strong background in warehouse operations, delivery, shipping and receiving, and inventory required.
• HVAC industry experience a plus, but not required.
• Warehouse health & safety knowledge, including OSHA requirements.
• Warehouse management experience preferred.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal direction.
• Ability to delegate tasks when necessary.
• Good judgment and decision‑making skills.
• Willingness to work with customers, contractors, and employees in a professional manner.
• High level of organization and follow through.
• Willingness to own and lead warehouse projects.
• Commercial driving experience is required as well as a valid driver’s license and a good driving record per company policy.
• Must be able to obtain or currently have a DOT medical card.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work at heights of 20 ft. on a regular basis.
• Forklift and other PIV certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee warehouse and delivery operations to deliver outstanding customer service and employee safety.
• Work closely with the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager to ensure consistency in branch culture and communication.
• Oversee the cycle counting process at the location ensuring completion and accuracy.
• Maintain physical facility to ensure safety, protect against loss, and represent a professional company image.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures.
• May be required to perform the various warehousing and delivery tactical roles when needed.
• All other duties and project work as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
