Job summary

Abbott Vascular is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct manufacturing operations at the Temecula, CA site. The role focuses on achieving volume, quality and cost goals through effective control of production activities, material flow, and inventory for the assigned lines.

The position requires a technical diploma and preferably a Bachelor's in Engineering, with minimum 4 years’ experience and SAP knowledge preferred.

• Technical Diploma (± 12 years).
• Bachelor's in Engineering degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience.
• SAP knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Controls production activities, material flow, and inventory to achieve cost and quality targets and production schedules of the assigned production line(s).
• Ensures compliance of standards.
• Responsible for the management and supervision of the assigned production line(s).
• Lead a team comprising individual professionals (e.g., engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements.

The Opportunity

This position works out of our Temecula, CA location in the Abbott Vascular Devices division.

Abbott Vascular provides innovative, minimally invasive, and cost-effective products for the treatment of vascular disease.

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and cost goals.

The base pay for this position is $61,300.00 – $122,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
