Job summary

Multi-Craft Contractors, Inc. is seeking a warehouse professional to track inventory, process material requisitions, and support technicians with shipping and receiving of parts orders.

The role includes maintaining facilities and collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate data flow for payroll, billing, and HR processes. You will manage the refrigerant program, recovery operations, and disposal in line with EPA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of warehouse experience required.
• EPA regulations and refrigerant handling knowledge preferred.
• Current valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and expedite shipping and receiving of parts orders with Technicians.
• Maintain the warehouse facilities, buildings, and grounds.
• Collaborate with other departments to transfer warehouse data for payroll, billing, and HR systems.

Job description

Essential Duties

• Track and process inventory stock and job material requisitions for billing purposes.
• Support Technicians for coordinating and expediting shipping and receiving of all parts orders according to Company purchase orders procedures.
• Maintain the warehouse facilities, buildings, and grounds.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure the proper transfer of all warehouse business data required for payroll, billing, accounts payable and human resource management functions.
• Responsible for refrigerant program, recovery and evacuation of recovery drums, disposal of old refrigerant cylinders and coordinating the transfer to the reclamation facility personally or through warehouse employees by E.P.A. guidelines.

Education & Training

• High school diploma or equivalent, required
• Must be certified and able to perform refrigerant recovery and reclamation from refrigeration systems per EPA regulations

Skills & Experience

• Two to five years of warehouse experience, required
• Working knowledge of the following:
  • Commercial delivery and inventory control procedures
  • Inventory/parts requisition, recording and reporting procedures
  • Basic inventory support and delivery procedures
  • How the inventory control function impacts profitability and customer satisfaction
  • HVACR industry parts, equipment, trade names and E.P.A. guidelines
• A current valid driver’s license is required
